The “Apartament - hotel” is situated in the apartment block in a 4-room flat (150 sq. meters) in Academgorodok, a scientifical center of Novosibirsk. As a basis idea the principle of apartment-hotel has been taken, which is in a wide practice in Europe.
The hotel is created as a flat: three separate bedrooms, common living-room and a kitchen/ dining-room.
All suits are double. One suit has a big double bed. Toilets are situated out of suits- there are two of them for three suits: one has a big corner bath, another- a shower cabin.
Hotel's personnel works day and night and maintains a calm, cozy, home-like atmosphere, which makes the “Apartament - Hotel” different from a big hotel.
